IUJ: Student Services: September Arrival and Events The September arrival schedule and events planning is here for your reference. Please note this is subject to change as we are still confirming various events, appointments with off-campus groups, etc.

Incoming Room Assignments (SUBJECT TO CHANGE)

Note there are various arrival dates for various groups depending on what activities you will do in September on campus. Because of the dorm maintenance needs, these dates are quite strict. Please be sure you tell IUJ your arrival plans by contact oss@iuj.ac.jp

Join the 2011 Entering Student online email group to ask questions and get answers. Get to know each other BEFORE you come! BE SURE to give your application ID and program info when registering to keep this only OUR group.

Internship/Job support

For those wanting support from IUJ on your career development and job/internship hunt, you are asked to draft your resume in the IUJ format BEFORE you arrive on campus. Here is the Resume Template to use. Please get an early start on this. Return a draft of your resume in IUJ's format to Gretchen as soon as you can. gretchen -- @ -- iuj.ac.jp -- Questions? Career Info

	Please get an early start in preparing your resume for the IUJ Resume Book (if you are eligible to register for internship/job hunt support from IUJ). Download the Resume Template at http://www.iuj.ac.jp/career/getstart/RB10Temp.dot Submit it to Gretchen as soon as you have a 1 page draft. Workshops in September. Get an early start though!
